General information regarding purchases, and warrantees are posted here. Check often for updates and/or changes. Terms and conditions may change without notice.

DISCLAIMER

All our products are simple filters and are not intended to modify the PCV system, this does not mean that local authorities will understand this. You are responsible for upholding local statues and keeping your vehicle legal. This product may be considered for "Offroad Use Only", please check your local statutes. User assumes all risks and costs asociated with these products.

Returns and Refunds

We follow Paypal Policies for returns and refunds. Full refunds are available for standard list items that are unopened and/or uninstalled on a vehicle within 90 days. Used items may be returned within 30 days of receipt but may incur a re-stocking fee. Custom designs cannot be returned or refunded. Requests for refunds will be processed faster if you contact us directly, otherwise a claim may be made through Paypal.
International customers will have any issues addressed on a case by case basis. Credit may be offered in lieu of returns or replacements.

Shipping Fees for Returns or Exchanges

Shipping labels for returns due to SMC error will be paid by SMC. The packaging must be the same as the original SMC shipment. Shipping costs for returns of orders made erroneousy or after 90 days will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for returns of items installed on a vehicle (used) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warrantees for individual parts

Saikou Michi Co products are warranted to be free of defects and configured per the original order. Custom modifications or configurations will be confirmed by a Shop Sketch. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and check that the configuration is correct. The order will be fabricated as shown in the provided sketch. Any missing parts may be replaced by SMC or a credit may be offered. SMC must be notified of any missing parts within 30 days of receipt.
Welded OCC cylinders are warranted to be free of defects for 1 year from receipt of purchase. This does not cover wear and tear or damaged caused by road hazards.
Brackets & mounting clips are warranted to be free of defects for 6 months from receipt or purchase. This does not cover parts that have been modified by the customer.
Brass Drains are warranted for 30 days from receipt of purchase. Limit two (2) drain replacements.
1/4 Turn Ball Valve Drains are warranted for 6 months from receipt of purchase. Limit two (2) valve replacements.
Hoses or tubing have no warrantee, but may be returned unused (like new condition) within 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Saikou Michi Co Warrantee Limitations

Saikou Michi Co warrantees the quality of the product and parts supplied. This warrantee is limited to the original product and parts ordered and original purchase price. Saikou Michi Co., LLC will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs related to the function of the product or associated components on the vehicle (including repairs, towing, etc) incurred due to the failure of the products and/or connected components on the vehicle (hoses, valves, etc).
All warrantees are limited to the original purchaser.

Commercial Orders

Commercial customers shall receive a quoted offer. Upon approval, we will request your purchase order, and an invoice will be sent. Payment shall be due upon receipt.
